Air-conditioning: Four pipe fan coil air-conditioning. Air-conditioning diffuser units set out on modular zoned basis. Air cooled roof mounted water chillers.


Lighting: Average levels – office areas: 450 lux; elsewhere: 150 lux.

Telecommunications: Diverse fibre optic services to telephone exchange rooms in each building.

Toilets: Male/female & disabled persons on all floors. High quality finish.

Water supply: Metered incoming domestic water main supply. Drinking water at each office level. Capped-off water and waste services at each level.

Energy Management: Building’s design and equipment selected taking energy conservation fully into account. Building Management System controls mechanical equipment at optimum level via direct digital electronic automatic 24 hour control system.
