World
Trade Centre London is being developed in two phases, with
Phase 1 comprising 1,200,000 sq ft (111,500 sq m) in five
buildings.
Four of these are offices (WTCL1-4) and one is a four star
hotel (WTCL5 - already let) with conference, leisure and restaurant
facilities, 94 serviced apartments and retail and catering
outlets.
A further four office developments are planned for Phase 2,
totalling
750,000 sq ft (69,700 sq m).
